Florists like to call the calla the little black dress of flowers: one sculpted curve, no frills, always right. Ours is crocheted by hand and holds that line for years, on a desk, a windowsill, or rising above a forever bouquet.
It looks best in odd numbers. Stand three in a narrow vase and stop there, or slip one into a mixed bunch where the long bloom can arc over the crowd.
The calla is the traditional sixth-anniversary flower, and in the old flower language it means beauty and new beginnings. A good stem for marking a fresh chapter.
Size: bloom ~7 cm, stem ~40 cm. Handmade, so sizes vary a little. Colors: Yellow, Blue, Purple, White, Pink.

Care
Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Reshape gently with your fingers. Keep away from direct sunlight to preserve colors.
