Ordering & offers
How does the bouquet discount work?
Pick any 6 or more flower stems and add them to your cart — the 50% bouquet discount applies automatically at checkout. No code needed.
How does the character offer work?
Add any 5 characters to your cart and the 2 lowest-priced ones are free. It's buy 3, get 2 free — applied automatically at checkout.
Our craft & materials
Are Threadkins really handmade?
Yes — every flower and character is crocheted by hand, one piece at a time, in our studio. A single piece can take hours of looping, stitching, and stuffing, which is why no two are ever exactly alike.
What are they made of?
Soft acrylic yarn with hand-stitched details. They're allergy-friendly and pet-safe — all the petals, none of the pollen.
Caring for your Threadkin
How do I care for my Threadkin?
Spot-clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then air dry. Reshape gently with your fingers, and keep it out of direct sunlight to preserve the colours.
Shipping & returns
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on US orders over $20 USD and Canadian orders over $25 CAD. Orders below that ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Everything ships from our studio.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us at info@threadkins.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Bouquets, gifting & custom
Do flowers come arranged as a bouquet?
Each stem arrives ready to arrange. Mix flowers, fillers, and leaves to build a bouquet that's entirely yours — and since it never wilts, you only arrange it once.
Can I request a custom piece?
We love custom requests. Email info@threadkins.com with your idea and we'll let you know what's possible.
