Shipping policy

Processing time Every Threadkin is crocheted by hand, and some items are made to order. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. If a piece needs more time, we'll email you with an updated estimate.

Shipping rates & destinations Shipping is free on all orders to Canada and the United States. We don't currently ship outside Canada and the US — if you're elsewhere and really want a Threadkin, email us at info@threadkins.com and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery estimates Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days in Canada and 5–10 business days in the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, customs (US orders), and holiday volume.

Duties & taxes (US orders) Orders shipped to the US may occasionally be subject to customs processing. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, email info@threadkins.com with your order number (and a photo, if damaged) and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Order changes & address errors We can change or cancel an order any time before it ships — email us as soon as possible. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
