Overview This website is operated by Threadkins. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before using the site.
Our products Every Threadkin is handmade, one piece at a time. Slight variations in size, color, and shape are a natural feature of handmade goods, not defects. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colors may render differently on different screens.
Threadkins are decorative keepsakes. They are not certified as toys for young children and may contain small parts — please use your judgment when gifting to small children or pets.
Pricing & payment All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, products, and promotions at any time. Promotional discounts (such as bundle offers) apply as described at the time of purchase and can be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or stock. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
Returns & refunds Our returns process is described in our Refund Policy. Questions about a specific order can always be sent to info@threadkins.com.
Custom orders Custom pieces are quoted and confirmed by email. Because they're made specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable once production begins, unless they arrive damaged or differ materially from what was agreed.
Intellectual property All content on this site — product designs, photos, text, and the Threadkins name and logo — belongs to Threadkins and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threadkins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site.
