Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada. All orders ship from our studio in Toronto, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your Threadkins are on their way.

Because every piece is stitched by hand, occasional small batches may need a little extra time — if anything about your order changes, we'll email you right away.

Returns

We want every Threadkin to land a smile. If something isn't right with your order, email us at info@threadkins.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.
